Be sure to visit!

Pomorie is so rich in sights too that you should have plenty of time if you want to see everything. Here are some of the mandatory places to visit:

- The Salt Museum - the only museum of salt in Bulgaria

- Monastery "St. George" is an acting male Orthodox monastery. In the monastery are preserved many valuable specimens of the iconographic art of XVIII and XIX century;

- Pomorie lake - protected area, salty lagoon with an area of 760.80 ha;

- "Old Pomorie houses" - architectural reserve;

- Thracian domed tomb heroon;

- the house of Peyo Yavorov and Yavorov rocks (a favorite place of the poet, where he used to write).
