Pavel Banya is situated in the central Bulgaria. Under the murmur of Tundzha river from the north we are strictly watched by the alpine slopes of the Balkan Mountains, and from the south – Sredna Gora reveals its picturesque beauty. Koprinka dam is only 2 km away from the municipal center and offers wonderful opportunities for recreation, relaxation and fishing. Pavel Banya is known for its healing mineral waters. They spring from seven natural drilling sources and have an average temperature of 51 to 63 degrees. The Spa resort is recognized as a rehabilitation center for the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, orthopedic, traumatological conditions, damage to the central and peripheral nervous system. Highest efficiency in rehabilitation is found with vertebral diseases /disc hernia and other damages to the intervertebral disc, radiculopathy, spondylolisthesis, spondylarthrosis/. It is successful in helping patients recover after traumatic injuries, slow healing bone fractures and after surgery of the spinal cord. Excellent results in the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the peripheral nervous system /neuritis, plexitis, neuralgia/, and some chronic gynecological disorders.
