Kavarna is a small coastal city in Dobrich District, northeastern Bulgaria, situated in the middle of the northern Black Sea coast, south of Cape Kaliakra. It is an administrative and economic center of the municipality of Kavarna.
Along the picturesque coastline of Kavarna with a length of 42 km little beaches have developed. On the bank there is a large artificial beach.
